Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Neptune was a mix of highs and lows. While the beachfront location brought beautiful views and great access to the pool, I faced some issues with my room and service. The dining options were varied and delicious, particularly the international dishes, making for a memorable culinary experience. However, the service left much to be desired, especially with room issues that took time to address.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. It’s a nice, secluded location with friendly staff, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The food was good in variety, and we had fun with the activities. However, the rooms were outdated and some service issues really affected my experience.
I had an interesting experience at this hotel during a family trip. While the spacious rooms and friendly service were highlights, the outdated room aesthetics and dining experience could use some improvement. Overall, it was worth the stay and provided good value for money, but there were several issues that need addressing.
My stay at Neptune Paradise was overall fantastic, with a stunning beach and lovely ocean views from the rooms. The staff were incredibly welcoming, creating a beautiful atmosphere. However, I did encounter some issues with the dining options and the room I was given initially. Despite this, the variety of activities and the general ambiance made for a memorable holiday.
My stay at Neptune Paradise Resort had its ups and downs. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms and the beautiful beach location, but the dining experience left much to be desired, and the pool safety was a huge concern. Overall, while there were moments of enjoyment, I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon due to the serious issues I encountered.
